Party Calendar
The 2012 Lincoln-Reagan Dinner was again a sell-out affair, and thanks must go out again the everyone who helped to make the event so successful. Wow, what a night, with Senator Ron Johnson as our sole (and soul) speaker!

Coming Events!

The Party is planning Guest Luncheons for late Summer. We invite all interested members to share thoughts and ideas. With the political turbulence in Wisconsin, members will have good opportunities to share ideas and reconnect with Republican ideas and Republican candidates. With many candidates in various races, it will be a great opportunity to meet and greet, to have fun fun, and to reconnect withRepublican ideals. We welcome your help with coming events. Call or email the office if you can participate.

BCRP Executive Committee Meeting
Executive Committee meetings are scheduled
monthly on Wednesdays, 6:30 pm at the party office. These meetings are generally closed due to sensitive topics. Please contact the office if you have any questions.

Candidate Announcements, Fundraisers, Meet & Greets
We have had a very busy recall-petition-election season, with candidates and incumbents campaigning hard within very short time windows. Election dates are confusing, even to those who follow politics. This is why we now generally defer to the candidates own postings for appearances and events.
We encourage Party members to help those running for election in their areas, and to help get out the word tofriends and neighbors.

Canvassing
Volunteers will continue to canvass neighborhoods in the coming weeks and months, and we encourage you to participate if you can. If you can spare even just a few hours, please contact the Party office.

Plus...
As mentioned, the Candidate Committee continues its review process with candidates prior to endorsement time, to gain a rough measure of where each stands regarding issues and Brown County Republican values. It is not a 'litmus test', but a way of discovering in advance if candidates are prepared to run. We want each hour of a Republican volunteer to be constructive, since we value it so highly, and each donor dollar to be used as effectively as possible. We need your help, your work, your support to make the Brown County Republican Party a force for winning elections. Can you help? Please phone or email us.

We ask that any potential candidate contact us as soon as possible. Calendars become filled as local candidates emerge for many positions.

Candidate Calendar
Beyond June 5th, 2012 and the re-election of Wisconsin's courageous Governor, Scott Walker and Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch, we must begin preparing for November 6, 2012, the most important election, from local offices to the Wisconsin race for the U.S. Senate to the Presidency, to occur in decades or even centuries. Now is the time, and Brown County is the place.
